Alone In The Dark - Skip Over The Parts You Don't Like

You can skip boring parts of movies. Why can’t you skip boring parts of games?

Eden Games, the developers of “Alone in the Dark,” think you should be able to skip ahead.

You won’t be able to see the game’s “true ending” unless you complete a certain amount of the game, but you can skip large parts of the storyline (and gameplay) all you want.

These words are from a blog post at Multiplayerblog.MTV.com To read the rest of this very interesting article, click here.

What I think this will be really good for is when you are having trouble with a particular level, you won't be forever stuck in limbo and ultimately give up on the game. At any rate, everything I have seen and read about AITD points only to one word--AWESOME!

Alone In The Dark Soundtrack Info

Olivier Deriviere along with The Mystery of Bulgarian Voices, the Grammy Award-winning choir, team up to deliver a haunting soundtrack for the highly anticipated game. The music sounds great and you can listen to a few of the tracks by clicking here and going to IGN.Com.

You Tube Goes Down The Tubes

Bad news for viewers to my riesen2b YouTube page. With 250 videos posted I got an email today that said one of my videos was deleted for copyright infringement. It was of footage I had taken several years ago at CircusCircus inside one of their motion rides. The producers of the motion ride claimed copyright infringement. When I went to my page, the entire account turned out to be suspended. I'm not going to fight with them over it even though I've had the video up for almost two years. However, that being said, you may find that some of the videos I've posted on this blog no longer work. I will be working over the next few days to find dead videos and to repost them at another page that I have. Until then, sorry for the inconvenience.

Incidentally, I have no hard feelings about this. I guess when you are fighting a billion dollar lawsuit submitted by Viacom (a company that I try to boycott as much as possible), you tend to be a little edgy and trigger happy when complaints are filed.

Junior High School Musical Memories

My son's junior high school band had their spring concert this past wednesday. He is in the Concert Band. I thought I would let everyone enjoy a little of their concert. This is the Clifford Lawrence Jr. High Concert Band, conducted by Mr. John Diaz, performing "Comet Ride" and "Medieval Legend".

Australian Teaser Trailer For Baz Luhrman's Australia

An epic movie coming later this year starring Nicole Kidman and Hugh Jackman. I saw the trailer today when we saw the new Indiana Jones movie, and thought it looked interesting. Found this clip from Australia's Current Affair tv show and decided to share.
