The Best Christmas Ever

After starring with John Voight in the remake of the movie "The Champ" Ricky Schroder went on to star in the television series "Silver Spoons".  It aired on NBC from 1982-86 and was able to squeak out an extra season through syndication.

The show revolved around Ricky Stratton (Schroder) moving into the mansion of the wealthy father that he had never met.  The central theme of the show is that Ricky is more mature than his father.

In this episode, from season one, Edward and Ricky share their first Christmas together with a family in need.  Not only funny, but touching as well here is the Silver Spoons Christmas Episode.
