Universal Parks has teamed up with Dreamworks and toy maker Hasbro for a new "Transformers" ride, set to make it's debut at both the Hollywood and Singapore parks in early 2011.
The ride will use 3D-HD footage with special
effects, robotics and track to place humans in the middle of a war between the friendly Autobots and evil Decepticons.
"Transformers" will replace both the "Backdraft" attraction and the special effects soundstages in the lower part of the park. The attraction will be opened first in Singapore before being finished in Hollywood.
